Purchasing bunkers from a Voyager supplier automatically gives you more time to pay - you make one payment on the 21st of the following month for all your Voyager transactions during the month, giving you an average of 36 days credit on all transactions. This eases a buyer's cash management requirements ensuring they don't have to pay in 20 days or less or on delivery, and makes a bunker buyer's back office processing simpler and more efficient.
During the credit assessment stage with Voyager you send your confidential financial information directly to US Bank. While you will work closely with Voyager personnel on operational issues, only qualified US Bank personnel see or handle client financial information. US Bank is bound by very strict US banking rules regarding confidentiality, so you can be certain that your information will remain confidential. With Voyager you provide your financial information to one secure bank, rather than to multiple suppliers who are not bound by the same stringent confidentiality regulations.
Through our partnership with LR FOBAS we provide free fuel tests on every bunker transaction and FOBAS conducts additional random quantity checks on a sample of transactions.
