We charge a transaction fee based on a combination of the size of the stem and how quickly you want to be paid for the delivered fuel. This ranges from 0.96 per cent to 1.3 per cent but is easily offset by the financial benefits the system delivers in terms of improved cashflow and return on capital employed.
None whatsoever. If you sign up to use Voyager you will not be asked for any upfront fees, licences, maintenance charges, minimum transaction requirements or any other contractual obligation. The only obligation for a supplier is to deliver fuel on quantity and on spec.
Voyager is completely secure and your information will never be divulged to third parties without your express permission. The Voyager site uses the best in technology and security practices, you can be completely confident in Voyager’s security.
All your transactions remain private. Your deals remain private to you and your customers and no other system user can see any of this information.
No. All suppliers are visible on the system but buyers are not.
Voyager is compatible with most systems and can work in parallel to your existing system to save you money. If required, at a later date it can be integrated with your own system to give a seamless solution.
No. US Bank provides Voyager with its financial strength to underwrite each bunker transaction. US Bank will assess a buyer for credit worthiness but it will not expect you to conduct any of your general banking business with them.
